A hotel Property Management System (PMS) is the central software that runs a hotel. Reservations, front desk check-in/check-out, housekeeping, billing, guest history, reporting — all on one system, in one place, with one source of truth.

Yes. CGST/SGST splits are automatic based on your property state and the guest's state; inter-state bookings use IGST. Tax slabs (12% up to ₹7,500 tariff; 18% above) are applied automatically. PDF invoices include your GSTIN, HSN codes, and the Unicode ₹ symbol. For hotel groups, each property can have its own GSTIN.
Fully supported. The guest profile supports Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport, and Driving Licence. ID documents are stored encrypted and served through a secure blob endpoint — never a direct media URL.
