Terms & Conditions.

By accessing or using SutraStack’s property management system and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and SutraStack ("Company").

SutraStack provides a cloud-based property management system (PMS) designed for hotels, homestays, guesthouses, and hospitality businesses. The Service includes features such as reservation management, guest profiles, rate management, channel management, reporting, and related tools as described on our website.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per property unless explicitly authorised for multi-property access
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to hotel/hospitality operations
• Maintain accurate records of guest information as required by applicable laws
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national regulations governing your hospitality business
• Not share, redistribute, or resell access to the Service
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Not use the Service to store or transmit malicious content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including guest records, booking data, financial records, and property information ("Your Data").

You grant SutraStack a limited licence to use Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We may use anonymised and aggregated data for analytics and benchmarking purposes.

• All plans include a 1-month free trial — no payment required during the trial period
• After the trial, subscriptions are subject to a 6-month minimum commitment
• Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at the time of purchase
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Applicable taxes (GST) will be added to the subscription fee
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Service access

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of SutraStack and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• SutraStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use or inability to use the Service

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time after the 6-month minimum term through your account settings
• We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, you may request export of Your Data within 30 days
• After the 30-day data export period, we may delete Your Data

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
